This is the official website of Urban Sanctuary. By accessing our online shop you agree to our terms and conditions listed below.
Prices
All of our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and they always include GST of 15%.
Prices are correct at time of publication although we reserve the right to change them at any time. If this happens with an item you have ordered we will contact you before processing your sale.
Special prices and promotions are subject to availability and we will contact you if your choice is no longer available.
Payment
Visa and MasterCard, are welcome. Your credit card details are protected by the ASB using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit card details will be sent directly to the ASB for processing. No card data is available to, or used by Urban Sanctuary and you will be issued with a receipt number at the end of your transaction.
Shipping
We send goods by signature required service for your security. If you are not at home a card will be left in your letterbox and the courier company will arrange a delivery time with you.We do not deliver internationally.Please notify us within one week if you do not receive the courier.
Stock Availability
Urban Sanctuary works very hard to ensure that our product range remains in stock at all times. Occasionally our suppliers face delays or supply problems and we will either give you an ETA or suggest alternatives.
Returns
It is important to us that you enjoy your Urban Sanctuary experience, which is why it is no problem to talk with you on the phone and help you make the right decision for your skin. We want you to be completely satisfied before buying as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
If any items arrive to you damaged please contact us within 2 days of delivery. Replacement of damaged items will be made by Urban Sanctuary at no charge to you.
