Groups of four people or more we ask to BYO nibbles and drinks
Full payment is required at time of booking to secure an appointment for two or more guests (appointments over an hour each)
No cancellations within 7 days of booking (consideration is given to special circumstances). However we do not offer refunds for missed appointments or late cancelations
If one member of the group is unable to attend due to illness or unexpected circumstances, they will be refunded. However it is expected the remaining guests will attend the booking unless it is a group of two
